This is an interactive platform where you can share your experiences as you move from one point/level to another, learn from experiences of others, seek for advise when about to move from one point/level to another.
This Platform was created to specifically address two life challenges that I witness around me everyday which I feel we need to talk about and learn from one another’s experiences.
1. PROPERTIES
I see a lot of families and even siblings at each other’s throat over family properties, and I ask, is there no way to avoid this? It is so bad that some have gone as far as going to court.
I have also seen extensive estates and family mansions left to ruins.
I have witnessed a lot of confusion in families confronted with the task of managing family estates as they move from generation to generation.
Every where I share this concern, I realized that every one has an experience to share ….. So the need to talk, share and learn!!!!
2. Life in Retirement
Remember, ‘A PROBLEM SHARED, IS A PROBLEM SOLVED’,
Also remember, ‘THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN’, Somebody somewhere has a solution to that your challenge, so SPEAK OUT BEFORE YOU DIE IN SILENCE.
