Arc Mrs Bamidele Falako is the founder of Youandafteryou.com and she is a 1981 graduate of Architecture from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Developing Social Housing Projects from the International Institute of Urban Management [IHS], Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands. She served the Federal Government at various capacities as an Architect from 1982 to 2017. She retired from the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing, Nigeria, in March, 2017. Arc Falako had been involved in a lot of housing projects and had delivered numerous papers on housing and home ownership at Conferences and Seminars, She is the initiator and President, FEMHUD Housing Cooperative Society, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria.
Arc (Mrs) Bamidele Falako is a Consultant Business Coach and Trainer and a Post Service Lifestyle Consultant. She is currently working on proposals for the Integration of Rural Housing and Agriculture as one of the veritable tools for the reversal of rural-urban drift. She has also recently acquired a Certificate in Financing Infrastructures in African Cities.
Arc Falako is a Knight of St Mary, Anglican Communion. She is also a Fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Architects.
